Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data as described below. This supports Apple App Store and Google Play account-deletion requirements.

1. Open the Red Chilli Chow app and sign in.

2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.

3. Confirm deletion. Active orders must be completed or cancelled first.

If you cannot access the app, contact Support with your registered phone/email and request account deletion. We will verify ownership before processing.

Deleted: profile details, saved addresses, and app preferences tied to your account.

May be retained as required by law: invoices, payment records, and fraud/safety logs for a limited period.

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose order history and unused offers.
