Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel before the kitchen starts preparing your order (status shown in-app). Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

We may refund or replace for confirmed cases of non-delivery, missing items, or significant quality issues reported promptly with order details.

Use in-app Support or the Support page with your Order ID. Our team typically responds during operating hours.

Approved refunds are usually initiated within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Change of mind after preparation has started, incorrect address provided by the customer, or issues reported excessively late may not qualify.
