By downloading or using the Red Chilli Chow app or website, you agree to these Terms.

We provide app-based ordering for North Indian, Chinese, Momos, Milkshakes and related items for home delivery in Greater Noida service areas. Menus, prices, and availability may change.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order. Delivery times are estimates. Address accuracy is your responsibility.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party gateways. Offers and coupons have separate conditions.

Cancellation and refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse staff or delivery partners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Chilli Chow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
